morning- 4 eggs 1 big bowl oats
break 1- ba chor mee
break 2 -1 fish burger 1 mee goreng
meal 4 -milk+coooooookie crisp
meal 5 - 1 bowl of rice, whole fuckload of chicken.. almost puke
meal 6- 500ml milk
meal 7- 500ml milk
Weigh in for the night.. 70kg.
Can i break the 70kg plateau? Sure i can.
Squatting tmr, going all out giving my best. 5x90kg, up to it?
